I typically only write reviews if my experience has been negative; however, our experience with Family Beginnings was exceptional. Dr. James Donahue is truly an incredible doctor and person. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff or this facility. Leading up to this procedure we had dealt with so many unprofessional doctors, and specialist – and spent years working with them. Going to Family Beginnings was such a breath of fresh air. Whenever we had questions, we were always able to get a hold of the office. The invocell pricing was incredibly affordable relative to other clinics. While positive results are not guaranteed, I felt that they did everything they could to help us have a baby.

Dr. Donahue was amazing. He gives his patients his personal cell number so that he is available for questions or concerns if they arise. He does not rush through a visit just to get someone else in the door. Very rarely do you get a voicemail with this practice – I have already talked to a human when I call. On the rare chance I have had to leave a VM they call you back right away. I feel like a person there and that they truly care.

We could not thank Dr. Donahue, and his wonderful staff at Family Beginning’s enough for kindness and support throughout our journey to get our precious miracle baby. We started our journey 3 years ago, and we never had any hope that we would have a baby until we walked out of our first meeting with Dr. D. He was so caring, and the passion for his work beamed out of him as he spoke. Which made us so excited to start our Journey. I may have drove them crazy with the amount of calls or texts they got from me, but the amount of care shown to us was just incredible. We are 12 weeks know, and can’t be more excited.

Dr. Donahue and his staff are amazing. We started our process in April 2016, and we just had our twins on January 7, 2017. The staff treated us with respect, did not judge our situation, and even told us the IUI would be the best method over the IVF option. Everything was laid out in front of us before we agreed to move to future steps after the initial consultation. Dr. Donahue and his staff treated us like people and not patients. We are truly blessed we had this team referred to us by another MD.

My husband and I struggled with infertility for 4 years after having our daughter…I know, weird. We were ready to give up on having another child of our own when I came across Family Beginnings. I checked out the website and came across a tab which read “email the doctor.” So, I emailed the doctor at 8:30 on a Sunday evening explaining our situation. Truthfully, I wasn’t expecting a response at all. I figured I had to make an appointment. 30 minutes later my phone pinged and I had a response from Dr. Donahue. Wow! Later that week we had a 1 hour consultation and the road to baby #2 began. I drove that office crazy. I called with a zillion questions and concerns and they treated me like a real person and not a woman who just escaped from the psych ward. I love them and owe them my 2nd born

Dr. Donahue, Dr. Bonaventura & the office staff are there for their patients. They care about their patients & they want to help their patients to have kids. Not all of IVF doctors in the Indianapolis area take on patients over 35 years old or have health issues but Family Beginnings cares. Thanks for everything that the office does in IVF world to make a difference!

Dr. Donahue and his entire staff are great. I can’t say enough good things about this group. They are with you every step of the way. The road of infertility is difficult and confusing; it’s nice to have the support of knowledgeable and caring individuals on your side. My husband and I are very thankful to them. We now have amazing twin daughters, which we never would have if it wasn’t for Family Beginnings.

After four years of disappointment, Dr. Donahue helped us have our beautiful baby boy. I would 100% recommend Family Beginnings for anyone struggling to grow their family.

We couldn’t have had a better experience than we did with Dr Donahue at Family Beginnings. After going to two other clinics prior to Family Beginnings, it was a relief to receive compassionate and quality care with attention to detail.

We began our infertility journey in 2014 and were referred to Dr Donahue by our OB! They gave us so many different options that they felt we had a chance of success at. We ultimately had to do 2 IUI’s and 3 rounds of IVF but we are now expecting our little miracle in Nov 2017! Thank you just does not say enough! Infertility is a very difficult road confusing and overwhelming but Dr. Donahue and his entire staff Leah, Kim, Chelsea, Josh(embryologist), everyone was absolutely amazing! We never once felt judged or like we had a dumb question! They are just as involved in your journey as you are! They truly love and care for their patients! I know I called Leah and Kim hundreds of times and they were awesome! If I ever had an issue out of office hours Dr. Donahue was so quick to get back to me no matter what he was doing in his off time whether with his family or not his patients are very important to him! We love everyone here and they will always have a place in our hearts!

I am so glad that we chose Family Beginnings!! The whole staff has been wonderful in guiding us through the whole process. We had wonderful results with the INVOcell process- 7 frozen embryos and 2 fresh transfers ending with a positive hcg test!! I cannot thank Dr. Donahue and Kim enough!!
